Deceptive warranty faulty automotive parts Internet

I purchased a fuel pump for my 01 aztec had it installed and the pump failed one month later. I emailed Global Automotive of Miami because they do not provide a phone number and they responded back at 1:00 am the following day with this email: Dear Valued Customer, The fuel pump you received is a brand new OEM Delphi unit. These simply do not fail prematurely if installed correctly. Was the fuel tank cleaned at time of installation. Was the main wiring harness replaced at time of installation in accordance with GM technical serivce bulletin. Was the relay and fuel filter replaced. We are sorry to hear about your experience. However, all our items are ISO9001 certified and tested by both us and the manufacturer before they ship. Please take this to a certified GM dealership or GM goodwrench service center so one of their technician can properly diagnose the fuel system. The fuel system is very large and comprised of many different parts that can cause a failure. Buyer cannot just blame the problem on the last item they replaced. We have been in the fuel systems business for over 22 years and have invested a lot of time and money in testing equipment that we use to check all returned items before we grant an exchange under warranty. We will not exchange working parts, so we kindly ask buyers to check before sending items back. The fuel pump is the #1 misdiagnosed part according to all OEM manufacturers. Vehicle will not start, so owner automatically thinks "fuel pump". It is not fair for Global Automotive to be responsible for misdiagnosis made by the buyer or their mechanic. Please take the time and carefully read the information posted in the following websites: http://www.globalautomotiveofmiami.com/uploads/TEC1620. Pdf http://www.airtexproducts.com/AIRTEXpdfs/FSDiagnosticFlyer. Pdf http://www.aa1car.com/blog/fuel_pump_mfrs.htm http://www.partsandpeople.com/National/articles/view/4184 http://www.fuelpumpinfo.org The listing on Ebay does not provide any of this information. These pumps are most likely pumps that did not pass quality inspection at the manufacturer and are sent to be salvaged or to the garbage. Buyer save your money and buy from someone locally, it will be money well spent. Fuel pumps are expensive and if you buy one brand new that is cheap you are getting what you paid for. If you are one of the many people that did buy a pump, please post a comment, one day someone will be hurt by selling a faulty pump and they will be a class action lawsuit against Global Automotive of Miami Florida. This is the second response I received from them: Dear Valued Customer, We have forwarded this case to our warranty department. We apologize for the situation, but our lifetime warranty is LIMITED just like all manufacturer warranties. Our fuel pump came with a copy of our warranty. Did you read and follow the warranty slip provided to you? If you do not have it, then we can email it to you. Can you please email us the receipt or invoice from the professional mechanic shop that installed our fuel pump? This is also mentioned in the warranty. Thank you, Management This second response is pure BS, it was obvious from their first response that they had no intention on replacing the pump or they would have said, "here is your RMA number and sent it to: 123 abc, Miami, FL The fact of the matter is, the listing on ebay does not include any of this information provided in their emails after the part fails. Global Automotive is selling defective parts and does not want to come clean because if they sent another faulty part more than 3 times they would be in violation of the lemon laws that protect consumers in certain states
