AA-Automovers Insurance Fraud and Falsely Misleading Customers

Called company to move brand new 2009 BMW. George at their office said my car will be with same driver and not moved during trip and they sent me their insurance to show me I was covered. After my car did not show up, I called to find out my car got abandoned by the driver and was in a tow yard. They then sent another truck to get my car and it howed up 2 weeks after the contract date with Holes... Yes holes in the roof (it looks like from metal clamps). I then call to do an insurance cliam and they threatened me saying they will not "help" me if I filed an insurance claim with their insurer.instead they said I should go after who the trucking company they gave my car to. I told them I contracted with you and they basically said I was on my own since they are only brokers. They did not say this over the phone. Much less to say it is now 60 days since I called this company to get my car moved and I am still with a car with over $1200 in damages... And nobody, even the so called trucking companies they gave my car to (without my consent) claim they are not responsible. So long story short... The insurance certificate on their web-site is a SCAM"... They do not cover your car when they damage it. They will threaten you if you have damages and want to file a cliam and they will not help you if they damage your car. I have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
