First they sell me a certified used car. Fine, ext. Warranty etc... So far so good. Well I go in a year later to check out their 0% financing (scam). Well let's look at this vehicle. Okay.
Well, when they tell me what they can give for a trade they tell me it's a flood vehicle. I said it shouldn't be you sold it to me last year as a "certified used". Well as you can see in the carfax it is a flood vehicle. We can pay it off for 13,500 (after paying 20,000 just 12 months prior)
They suggest leasing the vehicle. 4yrs 12k per year. I say no I want 3yrs and 15K per year. They say they would have to inc. The monthly payment and I say fine. While I am signing I find out the payoff of my current vehicle is actually only 11,500 not 13,500.
Now 3years later I pull out my lease papers to turn in the vehicle and would you beleive that they put in the 4 yrs 12k per year with the payments for the 3yrs 15k. WOW! Did they pull the wool over my eyes or what? Never again... Not a 3rd time...
Just as a note, they did offer me a free oil change for all the trouble... Thanks toyota
