COMPLAINT:
Bait & Switch: Publish PennySaver Ad with $14.95 Oil Change Coupon, then charge $24.95 for "Multigrade" oil.

EVENTS:
When you bring their PennySaver coupon for $14.95 Oil Change, the manager writes $24.95 on the ticket. After the service, the manager says he "had no choice but to use multigrade oil due to mfr specs."
He never asked me.
