Very disappointing

On 5th February as a result of really bad-weather problems (large snow) in Britain the trip no 742 Luton - Bucharest was terminated. I've delivered all of the related documents to wizzair.com (emails, article and fax) although not reaction from their website. After I called them (4-5 times) I been provided various emails to deliver my specifics but none of them responded in my experience.

The final talk together was nowadays once they explained that they'll not inform me how to proceed and what's more after I requested to talk to a Boss I been informed that "she doesn't wish to keep in touch with you"... Really rude. The Boss title is: ANNA FEKET.

I'm very dissapointed and frustaded that I don't understand what to complete to ge my money-back after I paid of my wallet seats to obtain back again to Bucharest.
