I believe Continental Airlines must think about our ppl on R&R within our battle areas so when there's climate to get our ppl rerouted. They just have 14 or 18 times abandon and everybody matters! If it's incapable atleast provide a voucher! After I talked to customer support that they I'd like to understand these were in Houston with bad-weather these were impolite and unconcern about our ppl.
Guess if it had been among their very own they undoubtedly might have looked after their ppl. Really rude ppl!
