Donald Gross of State Wide Agency is an indecent, rude, nasty and belligerent business man. The treatment I have witnessed towards a pregnant women was not only hurtful it was inhumane. The women came in to offer him a service which she was selling though a prearranged appointment. Mr Gross let this women go though her whole sales pitch and was ready to sign the contract. Mr Gross then reneged and he told her to leave and not come back. The pregnant women asked if she can use his rest room and he refused. The women felt humiliated and began to cry. This women was very professional and apologetic as asking why Mr Gross was so abusive and angry. Again Mr Gross gave this poor women no answer and he told her to get out of his office.
With this meeting being prearranged one can only surmise that Mr Gross had this all planned out as what he would do during this appointment. Not only did Mr. Gross waste this poor womens time, it makes one wonder how fair he might towards all the other individuals who are his clients. If an individual such as Mr. Gross can be so calculated towards a pregnant women imagine how calculated he must be toward his existing client base.
