Ripoff on Automobile service fraudulent billing consume

I am a physician and not a person who has ever complained about any service; as I do have the time available. This situation has me so upset as an individual that I felt I must make everyone aware.

I own a 1991 Mercedes SL model vehicle with very low actual miles 45000; I have always had the car dealer serviced and don't mind paying for the service I receive. I took the vehicle into the dealer because the temp. Gauge was higher than usual; (preventative care) I was charged $800. I was told that the mechanic even drove the car extensively: (even up a big hill) After picking up the vehicle on friday, the car overheated after driving only 10 miles! (something it had never done before).

I had it towed into the dealer; and was told the next day it needed a radiator; it was replaced and I was now charged 1000. Well the car still was not running right. So I gave up, and wrote both Penske to tell them of the problem. They said tough luck, so I wrote Mercedes and they said they are not responsible. I love my car: and would never take it back to Penske!
