Stealing Money for Terrible Service, Especially from Women, Giving FALSE assesment advice, NO SERVICE GUARANTEED & Ontario/Montclai

My Fiance has taken her mercedes to Penske Motors on several occasions as I travel quite a bit. On one occasion she took it in for a "service B" which is simply an oil change. Penske quoted her $299.00 to change oil and a filter. When she got the car back it was making a strange noise at the tire. A week later the left front signal light stopped working. She took the 3 year old mercedes back to the dealer for assesment.

The dealer after a day of keeping the car explained to my fiance that the sensor has gone bad and once one goes bad so does the other soon after. This time Penske quoted her $1,600 to replace the sensors. She called me to inform and I told her that I would take it elswhere for a second opinion upon my return.

In the meantime (a short while later), her airconditioning started to go out (wasn't getting cool anymore). The weather was hot so she took the car back to Penske for service. This time Penske told her that there is a hole somewhere in her air-conditioning unit in her barely 4 year old mercedes. Penske charged my fiance $375.00 simply to put frion w/die in the A/C unit to locate the leak. They advised her to use the car for some time and bring it back when the air no longer gets cool again.

In the meantime, I return home and take the car to an alternate Mercedes Dealer for the malfunctioned front left turn signal. I explained to the dealer what Penske informed my fiance, the dealer states "there is no sensor that is required for turning signals on a mercedes". The alternate dealer assesses the 4 year old mercedes to find that there was a deliberate short on the left turning signal wire. He repairs the wire, charges $40.00 and it's done.

Upon returning the car to Penske for the A/C repair that my fiance paid for in the past, Penske without even assesing the car quoted my Fiance another minimum charge of $399.00 simply to assess the car again and will have to charge her further for any other labor and parts used.

What I find odd is, our mercedes has been serviced consistently and without problems from other Mercedes dealers. As soon as we introduce our car to Penske, holes and shorts are showing up, service is NOT GUARANTEED and prices for service are extremely high. Can't help but believe that Penske is taking my fiance for granted, we've all heard of this game.
