On Wednesday, 09/16/09, my mom created a scheduled appointment with Entry-A-Ride for Friday, 09/17/09 at 9:00 am to visit 1916 Park Ave in Harlem after which from there to 2 Lafayette Street in Manhattan. Nevertheless, she couldn't visit 2 Lafayette Road in Ny since she wasn't feeling well. I named and told Entry-A-Ride that my mom wasn't feeling nicely which she can't visit 2 Lafayette Street in Manhattan. Alternatively, she'd prefer to get home. Entry-A-Ride suggested in my experience that their plan is the fact that if one makes a scheduled appointment to visit a particular location, he or she can't transformed his/her brain to visit another destination for almost any cause. Entry-A-Ride stress they have to follow their plan, which CAn't be transformed.

Entry-A-Ride was to come back to 1916 Park Ave at 11:50 am, but no body arrived until 1:10 pm. While Entry-A-Ride arrived, the driver was informed to prevent in the closest stop, that was at 125th Street station in Harlem. I'm extremely annoyed simply because they don't believe concerning the wellness of the client, but about plan.

It was an extremely poor company. Could something be achieved?
