First of all, when asked what I wanted in my car I said I did not need any power windows or locks all I needed was air conditioning. I discovered my car did not come with air conditioning and when I reported this to the car sales man, he swore it did and said he would take a look at the car. Then later said, no now I remember, it did not come with air conditioning. Then said that he remembers going over the package with me and that he did tell me the car didn't have air conditioning. But he didn't, he failed to say this. I would not have bought the car if I knew it was not what I wanted. When I spoke to the Sales manager Jimmy Pelk Jr. He told me I had 2 choices (after arguing with me that I was the one that did not hear that my car did not come with air conditioning) first choice, they would look for a car with what "I wanted" or because I did not have the car for that long (these are his words) that he was willing to give me back every cent for the car. I said I would get back to him. After several attempts to reach Jimmy to let him know that I was going to take his second option of getting back every cent for the car, he avoided my calls and messages and never returned my call (over a month in fact of leaving messages for Jimmy, and fortunately for him this made me go over my 90 days money back garantee if you are not happy with the vehicle). I finally got him on the phone this morning and he swears now that I am hearing things, that he would have NEVER said that he would give me back my money for the car. So, firstly, this car sales manager accuses me of not hearing things, now he is accusing me of hearing things. What's it going to be? I am so angry & unhappy with how this sales manager has dealt with me. And not once has he even apoligized to me over all this, he has only argued with me about his & the car sales mans word against mine. I will NEVER deal with this dealership ever again and I will make it a priority to let every one I know and don't know about how I was dealt with at this dealership and to not deal with them because you will not get what you want and when you try to bring the car back they will not take it back and accuse you of mis understanding them.
