I order flowers to be delivered to friends in Red Deer, the agent who took my info was really great. The website was easy to use while the prices were very decent. My friends sent me an email to thank me for the flowers, when I aksed what they really looked like, they replied they were some of the biggest lilies they had ever seen. I got a follow up email from Bloomex 3 days later asking if everything went well with my order, and asked if I needed further assistance. I like that a company takes the extra special care in their customers. Overall great experience, and I will most definitely use them again when I need to.
