On Saturday, July 18, I'd a car collision when I was going home outofstate. The car needed to be towed, and my insurance professional explained all that I'd to complete was contact Enterprise Rentacar, given that they were the rental business of preference. I'd named the Company Rentacar nationwide workplace, described the problem, plus they explained to visit the Myrtle Beach Airport area to get an automobile. They actually offered me a confirmation number. I'd to cover a cab to take-me and my cousin towards the airport. After I reached the airport, I had been informed from the worker that I had been in the incorrect area to obtain my vehicle. I'd to visit another Business to obtain a vehicle. And so I named the cab business again, and surely got to the right area. After I reached the right area, I had been fulfilled by an associate at work, informed her that I'd gotten a verification and was there to get an automobile. This area shuts at 1:00 PM on Saturdays, and we reached 12:45. I told the lady my title, offered her my verification quantity and was prepared to obtain a vehicle. She requested to determine my drivers permit along with a charge card. I passed her equally. Our credit card is just a credit/bank card. Explained that she couldn't utilize that, and that it'd to be always a major credit card. Described that used to donot possess a major credit card. She explained that she couldnt hire me an automobile due to that. I named my broker again, who agreed to place any costs on my insurance companys' card to verify rental, she told him NO. This woman, Kristen, had no awareness that my cousin and that I were stuck in Myrtle Beach without any way house. She was simply all set house and he or she didnt care. She created NO efforts to provide any kind of help or what additional means were available. Thank LORD for Allegiant Airlines, who'd excessively inexpensive flights 24 hours later for all of US to get home. I simply believe Company Rentacar confirmed INADEQUATE customer support.
