I went to this company for a truck and they told me it was a good truck and it has been threw an inspection. A week later the truck went in the shop and the window didnt work and the bearings in the front end needed replaced and the rear end was roaring and i didnt have good brakes. Note all this happened in the first week of driving back and forth to work it was in the shop for 4 days waiting on a approval to be fixed i called every day to find out progress and same thing every day waiting on approval. I called the main office and they told me that they where waiting on an estimate it went on like this for a nother week again me calling every other day now. A few days later i got the truck back and they only fixed the window by spraying a grease in the track to help it slide easy this went on for a couple more weeks and the rearend was makeing a louder noise so i called it in and they told me to take it to another shop so i did. They did an estimate on truck that evening and sent it in two days later they called me and said it was approved to be fixed but they had to find a rearend i said ok. They called me back and told me they found a rearend to bring my truck in o i did and they had it for five days it he mean time i went by to check on my truck to see how things. And the rearend was in but i asked them to check the things that was suppose to be done and they did and none of it was done so i asked them to call the main office to report it and to see if they could do it and the manger said he would be down the next day to look at it and i left a estimate there to show him what they said they did he argued about it but told them to fix it. I got my truck back it had been almost two weeks so i drove back and forth to work the next week and the front right brake fell off i was doing 35 mph and it broke the exhaust off and put a big hoe on the inside of the rim. Had to call a wrecker to pick it up and i told them to check the rearend it was not turning corners right and they called me back and told me the brake was fixed but they where going to have to rebuild the rearend that i could pick it up and bring it back when they got a rearend built for it i wasint the middle of moving when the transmission and rearend started smokeing so i called back tothe main office and told them they told me to take it back to shop. The shop called me back and put in request for a new truck it took almost a month they called me and told me they couldnt find me another truck i argued about it and they told me they had a blazer so i looked at it and told him i want a truck they told me that there was no truck i had to take what was on the lot so i took the blazer. And again they told me the blazer was inspected and was a good vehicle and after all i payed on the truck it didnt matter they told me i had to start all over with the blazer i didnt want to do it but i was in a contract so i did had the blazer for almost two months and i was smelling gas and something went wrong with the brakes we was driving and i had my wife and her brother and a new born when i hit the brakes and they made a loud ssssss noise so i called the main office and told them about it and they told me to take it to a different shop so i did. The guy there use to work for automaxx and told me the truck should have never been put on the lot to be sold to much rust the brake lines and the gas lines was rusting away it was leaking gas and they brake line was also leaking so he called the main office and they told himto write a estimate and fax to them and told me they were going to get me another vechile so i was told to drive it back to the lot and leave it so i did. A week later after calling the main office they told me thhey found me a truck i said ok they told me it had to go threw inspection and it would be shipped to colmbus. I called the guy here and he told me it be here friday no truck and hen saturday no truck and mon no truck so i called the main office to find out what was going on they had just finished with the truck mon at lunch so i called over there to check on truck and to ask if they did inspection and they didnt all they did was fix what they was told. Truck got here on tues i went and looked at it was nasty on the inside the two front tires were bald the seats had burn marks all in them and the back looked like somebody threw up in it. So i called the main office and told them i didnt want that truck after they told me to check it out to see if i liked it if i didnt they would have to go outside there lots to find me a truck and now they wont they told me i had two ways to go pick something on the lot or take my down payment of 600 dollars and i asked so i just suppose to forget about all the money i spent on the two vechiles and he said all he could remburse me was the 600 and they wasnt going to deal with me
