We recently purchased a car on eBay from the company Bavarian Sport Inc, which is also their ebay seller name.in their listing they describe the car as solid running, with no problems and it also said they included a 3/month 3,000 mile warranty.
Well, I asked as many questions as I could, and we finally purchased the car a 97 Mercedes Benz C-280. When we recieved the car everything appeared to be okay. There were a few things not mentioned, like a couple rust spots, and so fourth.
Then 2 weeks go by, and driven only about 80 Miles in the 2 weeks, things start to go wrong. The battery goes dead, and we have to replace it, we assume that will be the end of the problems. Well, 2 weeks later battery goes dead again (brand new battery). Therefore, there is some unknown source draining the battery. A/C works fine first couple of trips, now the fan won't even blow any air, check the fuses. This means we are going to have to replace the blower motor, car gets stuck in first gear everytime it is driven. So, therefore there is a transmission problem of some sort. They delivered the car low on oil, we have put oil in ourselves. Too many problems in too short a time.
We contacted them, and they kep saying the car was 'fine' there, no problems. Well, no car runs perfect and then within 2 weeks and only driven 150 miles start to have all kinds of things go bad??? They didn't offer any thing. We left them a well deserved negative, to warn other buyers to stay away from them. Well, they wanted the negative removed by a third party company, and even though I responded and told them why I left the negative, and even offered them proof, they still sided with the seller and removed it. Now, if you go to there feedback, it says 100%, since they removed the negative, it was 97.1% with our negative. Buyers are going to have no idea what they are getting themselves into with this cheating seller, as the feedback left for them was unjustly removed.
Avod this seller at all cost! You will only lose money! Save your money and move on!
We are going to be working on filing a lawsuit against this individual for the Lemon Law, which is exactly what this car is. Anyone who lies and sells damaged items, doesn't deserve to be selling any longer.
