I bought a car from World Class Motors in Mesa Az, while living in North Carolina. I wired over the funds for the vehicle and was supposed to receive a warranty with the car. The car was in good condition except for a few things.
The warranty company never received the paperwork, and now the Jay Davis is refusing to refund my $1500.00 that I paid for the warranty. Also the vehicle had a bad mass air flow sensor which cost me $200, and they said they were going to pay for that as well. I have yet to receive anything from them.
I have been calling for over 3 months trying to get my money back but he keeps on making excuses for not returning it. I think I am going to need to contact an attorney regarding the matter.
