Volkswagon Of America And Dick Hannah VWVolkswagon Of America Dick Hannah Vw sold me a lemon and VWOA doesnt want to own up that they sold me a lemon 2009 VW CC Sport

So my story with dick hannah Vw starts like this. I went in to look at trading my 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser in. I found a 2009 VW CC Sport, 2.0 4 cylynder turbo. Leather fully loaded except for navigation.

I decided that this was the car that i was going to lease. Got the deal that i wanted. My sales guy was great and it was painless and easy. I loved it. Took my new car home everything was great for the first 1500 miles. Then i am driving my car and all of a sudden then car just dies. I am like this is now good. So i go to see if the car will restart? It does. I get back in the car and go straight to the dealer. Dick hannah vw.

I drop the car off to them and thinking to my self that this is probably nothing. They call me a few hours later and say, mr janszen we cant find anything wrong with your car. It must have been a glitch or something. I gladly get if back thinking nothing else of it. I get back into my car and go home.

The next day i am going to work and everything is ok. Get off work and as im headed home the car dies again. I try to start it back up and nothing happens. I sit there for a while hoping one of my co workers is late getting off work. Thankfully there was one co worker that left late and he stopped and i checked the battery connections and such to see if thats it. I get back in the car to try and start it and it fires back up. I take the car straight to the dealer hoping i am going to make it. The only reason i didn't call for a tow truck is because there is no cell signal where i work and by the time i got off the mountain with the car i am like 5 minutes from the dealer so i just drive it in. They say ok we will check it out yaddie yaddie yadda. A couple of days later they said they checked everything and they cant find anything wrong. The car is running to manufacturer specs.

I go and pick the car up and the next day the car dies out again. It happens to die in a busy intersection. I take it back. They do there thing with it. Way to much to explain. A few days later they call me and tell me they still cant find anything. The car isn't leaving any fault codes. So im now upset to where i call vw customer relations and get a case manager. I tell him i want this thing replaced or repurchased. He say he will check into it. It take him like a week to start looking into it. Back an forth with dealer and service manager. I get the car back again.

The vw representative decide to compensate me for my troubles and sends me a 150 $ check for my troubles and hopes that this is over with. Because they replace the ignition and hope that solves the issue. Now i get the car back again and it dies again while i am pulling into work and i have it towed back to the dealer just as they instructed. They bring in the nw vw tech rep. High speed guy who knows allot about vw;s apparently. He cant find a problem. To this point the dealer themselves have put 800 miles on my leased vw. The vw rep for vw comes down drives the car a couple of days and say its running to spec and that the symptoms i am explaining are impossible. That they just make no sense.

So i get a call about 4 day after i get the car back again. Hey mr janszen can we put a drive recorder in your car. I say sure. Coaperation 100% with these people hoping to get some resolve. Vw say we will not replace nor repurchase your car. So i now have sent bbb t in my arbitration packet in hope that if i go here i will be able to get out from under this headache and have a reliable vehicle.

This is just a complete joke. They say that there is no problem if they cannot get the car to reproduce the syptom but yet its not like the symptom happens at a certian time and place and day. I have had the car back fro like a week with this drive recorder in it and nothing happened. Im headed to the dealer to get them to check it out because there was a light blinking that i didnt know what it ment and the car dies again. Im like 400 yards from the dealer when it dies and im now in a rental agian.

I dont think anyone should have to go through this ever. The nw rep say he has instructed all the tec to not install or removed and replace any parts on the car but yet they expect to try and fix it how. This is one big rip off. I am paying allot of money for this car every month and they dealer has had they car in there posetion long than i have. I dont know what else to do other than the lemon law. It just seems like sense i am a young man with a good job and can afford a nice car, they can take advantage of me or that im just going to rollover and just say forget it. I reccomend that knowone ever buys from dick hannah vw unless you want constant headaches and allot of trouble when you find something wrong with your car or whatever.

Thanks for reading and if any of you have suggestions for me or can help please get in touch with me.

Thank you
