I recently shopped in your store. I purchased two scooters. Upon opening the boxes... Parts were missing and both items looked as if they had been used and put back in the box. I had already returned one of the scooters to the store for an exchange. The sales clerk acted as if I were a criminal and doing me a favor by exchanging scooter #1. Now I have two scooters both very bad quality, granddaughters who will be here shortly for a birthday party and will have to deal with the disappointment of taking back scooters for a refund. If the store doesn't have a problem with that.
I also cannot fine anywhere to register online for the mysterious gift card.
