We purchase a car from JSP last year. We have made every single payment on time. Just recently on a Saturday the battery car went out, we decided to change the battery, (bad idea). JSP installed a ignition kill switch on the car, just incase you don't make a payment they can turn your car off anywhere in the United States. We make our payments on time, so that was not the problem.

We called them to get help, and spoke with a girl named Rachel. I explained to her that we try to change the battery in the car, and when that happened the kill switch was no longer working.instead of getting help, she accused us of tampering with it and told us very unprofessionally that we will have to wait until Monday to get help, and hung up.

I called back again and someone named Jenny answer, I ask her if they had a supervisor and she said "NO". I told her the situation, and explain to her what was going on. I ask if she could contact Jeff the owner and ask if he could have someone come out to install a new kill switch. She, told me she was going to get ahold of him and call me back. She called back and said that Jeff, was not going to do nothing, they didn't have no one that could come out, and for us to get our car to their lot, so they could install a battery and a new kill switch. We explained to them that we could not do that, because the car was not drivable, do to the kill switch going out.

Jeff did not respond to any of our calls, his staff is very, very, very unprofessional. At the beggining of the deal everyone is nice and than the true colors come out. We all need homes, cars, so we take chances dealing with this dealers. It is unfortunate for us because we pay $345 a month ontime. This people need to start caring not just about the sales but also after the sale.

She explained that anyone who has a car from JSP cannot change their car battery, it has to be done by JSP, if not the kill switch will go out. Just a heads up to anyone that wants to deal with JSP, "BEWARE" or with any other company. This planet is full of con artist, and Jeff Polen along with those cons are ready to take our money. I have 4 kids and I haven't being able to drive my car in 4 days / or go to work.in this time in age we all need cars.

I pray our situation will soon be better, and to those of us who are just trying to make it, I pray for the best. May God bless and forgive those who do us wrong.
