National relocations inc, or national transport
To summarize the experience, after loading your belongings, if they claim your things are more than estimated, they give you two options for payment, pay for the extra space or weight. They never provide you with actual weight reports or show you the excess space occupied. No matter how many times you request it.
They claim to have a 30day FREE storage if you are relocating and are yet to find a place, they dont, they decide when to start charging for storage.
They do not provide you with a specific date for delivery, they inform you they are in the general area, which unfortunately you cant confirm, its their word against yours. If you are not available or ready to have things delivered you are charged an extra 500 for redelivery.
On delivery your things willl probably not be in the best condition and they do not compensate.
The customer service leaves alot to be desired they are rude, abrassive and do not listen to customers. Their stories do not match up. Each person from the sales lady, to the driver to the agent narrates something different. If AT&T and all the other phone companies, were willing to help customers who were interested in filing against these companies, they could retrieve conversations. There will be clear undisputable evidence of illegal activity.
Pass on the word to any and everyone and avoid getting ripped off.
