The best customer service, customer friendly experience I have ever had at any business. I recently rented a space with Extra space storage in Land O'Lake, Fl. I found the facility to be immaculate. The young lady at the office (Jessica) treated me as if though I was related to some high official or VIP. I mean it, very detailed, very courteous and talk about making a sale. Id definately recommend this place to anyone who wants to rent a storage place. Its like a hotel for your personal things. I feel my things are safe and I Know I can call again and speak to Jessica and have my questions answered in a very efficient manner.
