Meineke taking 2wks to honor guarantee on item that originally took only 1 day

I have used the services of Meineke more than 4 times on my vehicle, and referred all my family to them. I never had a problem, they were fast and prices ok. My car's ignition was giving me problems and they apparently had a locksmith change the system (charged extra for this service and new keys). After 2 wks started having problems again, and the ignition still looked like before I took it to them. Anyhow, we took the car back to kick the GUARANTEE and... ITS BEEN MORE THAN 2 WEEKS, still no answer... The management of this business is horrible, and everytime we call for an update we get a different excuse as to why it's taking so long. We were told by the manager that if we paid extra we might get it done faster (???) apparently because this falls under the guarantee there is no rush on the service, and we have not been able to get through to the owner, so we are stuck talking to the manager, who is as disrespectful and sinic as they come...
Definetely never, ever going back to this place, it looks like they only offer good services if money is involved. They promise to call back, never do... And their service and manners are the worst. Please pay for a reputable company like Sears and have peace of mind, so you don't have to be dealing with such unprofessional, mediocre service again.
