We purchased this warranty 4/29/09. We were told and also read in out booklet that they sent us, that we can make a claim on the 16th day after purchase and after 500 miles were put on the vehicle. We drove our truck over 800 miles and we took it in on the 16th day. The transmission needed to be serviced. This company told the machanic to pull the transmission out and apart. They took their sweet time getting there, which ended being 10 days. So, by this time we had only 4 days to cancel. First, the adjustor said we did not drive the truck enough miles. They purposely recorded the wrong miles on the report. A simple phone call to the mechanic fixed that problem. They gave us the run-around and finally came to the conclusion that they do not fix worn parts, only broken parts.By this time it was the 30th day and we told them to cancel the warranty and return our money.instead, at midnight that same night they put another payment through of 123.00. Now, they will not return our money, nor will they fix our vehicle. We ended up paying 1,000.00 more dollars Purchasing this so called warranty.
