Hess gas stations offer fair, competitive prices for their gasoline.

I would like, for convenience, to purchase my gas at the station located closest to me, which is @ 238 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA 02171 (station # 21518). Unfortunately, this station is very poorly managed so I often go out of my way and go to the Hess Station located on Gallivan Blvd., Dorchester, MA.

Station # 21518 often has orange bags covering many of their gas pumps (out of order). They also often post signs stating that customers need to go in to the station to use a credit card, rather than being able to utilize the swipe card methold at the pump.

In addition, when a customer is able to swipe their card and requests a receipt for their transaction at the pump, the pump

(after the fill-up) states you must go inside to retrieve the receipt because the clerks neglect to refill the paper-roll for printing out receipts. These conditions are on-going and frequent. I must say, also, that it is the only station I've encountered like that and that the station located on Gallivan Blvd., Dorchester, MA is very well run with pleasant, efficient clerks. What a difference! But, for convenience of location to my home, I wish that the corporate office would address these issues.
