Three years ago I dropped my car off at HP Performance to have a noise checked out. Told me I needed a motor, they ran my card for $6500 and my car is still there and no motor to be seen. They can't account for the money and they are not in position to order the motor. I have friends with cars there in the same situation. Money has been charged to a customers card but no parts are ordered.
I have tried to ask the secretary about it and she always has the same answer, let me check with Tony and I will have him call you with an update. I never get this so called update.
There's no money to fix cars but theres money to contribute on Pinks and there are trips for him and his wife to Germany. Not to mention they both have new vehicles.
The more I check into things here, the more I just want my car and don't want them working on it. Let me tell you about their employees...
Chris has worked for Jason in Middleburg and Jason fired him because he wasn't any good, did not know what he was doing. He was let go from Drive Time because of too many cars coming back with issues.
Jason has failed at having four of his own businesses. He claims to crew for a turbo car but the turbo car stays broke and rarely makes it down the track.in my checking I found that he has a tendancy to work on the high dollar cars that come in. For example: a white and blue Shelby GT 500 from Georgia was driven once and the motor broke. I have a friend with a super snake, drove his car less than a week and the car died and will not crank up. The Potts family's car has been in HP for two years, Jason replaced the motor, they drove it ten miles and the motor broke. Now the pattern forming is Jason working on all these cars.
Denise the secretary takes messages, she does gives prices and book appointments. But her best quality is dating married men that come into the shop. If she wasn't dating Hardcore for the last two years HP wouldn't have ANY GTO or GM vehicles to work on.
They have written checks to pay people back for parts and the checks have bounced. Jason and Chris have been complaining to everyone that they have not been paid in two months. They talk about how much money Sherry takes and they can't get paid. Chris has even said Tony keeps all the cash that comes through.
Tony and Sherry Gonyon own HP Performance and they lie constantly. They both have brand new vehicles, house on ten acres in Middleburg, this great big race trailer, 2 dynos, trips to Germany, Sherry goes out of town every other weekend and she recently bought her son a car.
This business can't fix my car because they no longer have the money I gave them. I was told Sherry took it, if I can find proof I'm going to the states attorney.
In checking things out I have also found out that a Focus has to pay a couple of thousand dollars to have his blower repaired when it was actually one of the Sean (who used to work there) dropped a bolt in it, now he has his own business. A black Cobra had to get a new motor because Mike didn't put water in the radiator when he changed the motor and the motor froze on the Dyno. Yellow Cobra paid for a built motor and got a motor reworked.
The machine shop they use has caused them to redo numereous motors and extra work because he doesn't know what he's doing. Now Jason is out bragging that he is buying out HP and going to be the new boss, yet it's all his cars that are going back. That have major issues.
Jason and Chris keep bragging, complaining, b*tching, whining, crying, and bad mouthing. The more you do the more I get to fight with.
