This company has repossed my car without a letter or a phone call, I have been trying for 3 days to speak to someone to find out how much I owe and what I can do to recover the vehichle. I have spent 3 days on the phone being transferred to one person after another, leaving voicemails, and I STILL have no answers.
They did not credit some of my payments and when I requested a payment history report, they have failed to give it me.
I too have been harrassed endlessly. They have called my place of work and left messages with our office people that they are coming to take my car.
These people are an absolute nightmare.
