He fixed extra things on my car and charged me extra when I told him not to fix anyhting but the initial problem

I asked him to fix my A/C Compressor and that I was sending him the part by mail and that is all that I want fixed I don't care if the A/C works in the vehicle it is old just make it cheap. Three days later he calls me and tell me that he has fixed everything. I said, "You knew I didn't want any of that fixed." His reply was, "I forgot." This is horrible service and he is just out to make more money off people DO NOT GO TO HIS SHOP.
