I'm having an issue by having an insurance company. Safe Car. Our boy was in an incident 02-02-07. He was rear ended with a Secure Car client. We'd to hold back for that authorities are accountable to are available in before we're able to create a repot. The official didn't launch these details to us. I obtained the statement 10 nights later and named Safe Car Tue. 02-13-07 and talked with a Bob Tate who got the statement. At the moment was after I became conscious this guy who struck my boy had named his inches. To not record the incident but to possess his automobile removed the plan. Evidently he was involved with several incidents within that week alone. He'd it eliminated following the incident. I had been informed which was no problem. So then I had been informed an insurer could be contacting me which she did 24 hours later Wed. 02-14-07. She quit a note on my telephone.in regards to a half-hour after she named I returned home and started calling her. I kept finding her voice-mail (I quit 2 messages) Wed. & Thurs. No solution (simply her voice-mail) with no return phone. Etc Thurs 02-15-07 I named and requested for Chris Tate, and achieved another ladies and informed her that I had been not holding up until I talked with Kimberly Homan. She eventually got her about the telephone for me personally and that I did the statement virtually once again. She questioned me if their were accidents, and that I mentioned YES she subsequently stated not a problem we shall purchase medical and discomfort & suffering (she mentioned that the several occasions in my experience). She stated it had been not a problem he got his vehicle off the plan following the accident since it was isured at that time of the incident. I subsequently obtained 2 covers from Secure Car 1 comprising 3 medical discharge forms another had a notice from Kimberly Homan handling my Boy declaring that she'd been attempting to reach him which it had been crucial he contact her to go over the claim. We offered her 2 telephone numbers (both have owner I.D. & voice-mail) and he or she or anybody from Secure Car has attempted to achieve some of us. I subsequently named but again her voice-mail. And so I reached 2 cust. Serv. Girls the first delivered me straight back to her voice-mail. Another set me on-hold and stated she'd attempt to get her about the phone, returned stated she couldnot and attempted to obtain a boss about the phone & again she stated she couldnot obtain a boss about the phone. I subsequently instructed her I had beennot holding up until I talked together with her. Nicely following a couple of minutes on-hold I had been disconnected. Therefore after 2 weeks I went forward and approved my inches. Denver. (Geico) to complete the repairs. Used to donot understand what else to do. I've been online and also have read-many grievances with this organization.

Again I gave 2 separate telephone numbers on many events to many diverse people @ Secure Auto. Both figures have Callerid & Voice-Mail. NO BODY has attempted to achieve ME or my BOY!!! Please Enable Us...

I want for Secure Car to recognize anything. We've needed to undergo & shell out like a primary derive from this incident. Kimberly Homan said that repairs, medical, and discomfort & suffering could be looked after. They could purchase problems, medical, discomfort & suffering (they report all discussions) based on the telephone concept whenever you contact their organization. Our ins company. (Geico) has started all repairs at the moment due to all of the expenses experiencing. Because of the undeniable fact that I really could not achieve the insurer, with no one else at Secure Car desired to assist.
