No refund or offer to fix. As is sale! Ya' understand. Further examination of car later confirmed other critical issues, dangerous problems with suspension and gassy leakage! While trying to sort this out with "Rocky" it became apparent by the visits from other unhappy customers, that these difficulties were nothing new to his operation. Buyer Beware!
