Internet Pioneering Let me Cancel my order and never gave me my refund... Going on over a month now

I order a dashmat from this company my car broke down and I called to ask them if I could cancel my order. They said yes and that I would receive my refund in 7-10 Business days. This was on April 15 we are now on may 30 200. I will have you all know I went and filed a complaint with the AZ Attorny Genrals office. If you have a complaint about this company please fill out the form on the attorny generals website. If mor people complain then the AG will have to take action.
