Made an order with them. Received a confirmation email stating that my CC would not be charged until the item was shipped. However, my CC was charged anyway and their website shipping information still states that the order is "awaiting shipment" and it's been over a month.
I've emailed them and received a "read notice", but have never receive any response. I've called during business hours only to get recordings that they are "having phone difficulties."
