I want to file a class action suit. This company must be made to repay all the fees unlawfully imposed

I was just hung up on three times by Mr. Bob Reinheart @ this entity, and the only reason he transferred me to his supervisor on the third call is becuase I told him this call is being "monitored". I was transferred to a very disrespectful young lady name "Ms. Williams" she was the one that hung on me and made it "four times".

The complaint I have is I mail my payment by U.S. Postal service every month, for some reason it takes this company 7-10 days to get their mail and in the process I keep getting hit with late fees; So this month I made a payment over the phone (5/22/09) and agreed to pay the extra $7.00 (check by phone) I check my account today and the funds are still sitting there. So I called and before I was hung up on they managed to inform me I did a stop payment, which is not true. Now their saying they can't take a payment over the phone from me now for 90 days. Guess what? This will be consider another "late fee". I have bank statement and receipt of all payments made. I was told Amanda Brinkley is the Vice President for this entity. I will be sending her a lovely correspondence informing her. My goal is to stop companies such as this from practicing unlawful acts against comsumers like us.
