We had two autos financed with this place. We have paid one off and the other is almost paid off. They will not send us the title to the auto that is paid off until the second one is also paid up. The remaining amount owed on the second auto is far less than the book value. We have a buyer for the auto that is paid off but cannot close the deal because they will not send the title.
Also, when I called about this I spoke with Cathy who said I needed to talk to another department. When Jo came on the line and I explained what I wanted she said she didn't handle it either. She was going to transfer me again but I said no. She said I could speak with her manager but what was the point since her department did not handle the issue? I work in customer service and am very familiar with the transfer tactic to get a customer off of your phone when you don't want to help them.
I am not happy with the answer I was given and the run around I had to go through to get it.
I would like to get the title to the car.
