VP Auto Finance Online loan approval scam

I recently was car shopping on EBay and filled out an application for credit. The next day a gentleman from Jupiter Dodge dealership phone number called me with approval.

I bid and won the auction based on his approval.
I called him back and told him the vehicle I won on EBay and he was to call me back with the specifics of the loan... Never heard back from him.
After trying to track Ben' from VP Auto Finance' for 4 days he conveniently forgot to mention that I need to buy the vehicle from Jupiter Dodge inventory.

Now I already won this vehicle and it will put me in default of the auction.

I find this the sleaziest of business practice.
I will be sure to mention to family and friends the type of business your run as well as file a report with BBB.
