I ordered 2 Nissan remotes from them on 4/21/09. They say they will mail orders within 72 hours of payment. My credit card was charged the next day but my order was not shipped until weeks later. I finally received the remotes on 5/14/09.
The 2 remotes I received were VERY used, some of the buttons don't even work. No where on thier website does it say you are buying used product - these are just plain worn out!!!
I have found by doing a quick google search, that there are many dozens of people with the same story (wish I would have checked before ordering). I filled out a complaint form on the state of AZ's website, that was linked to by an attorney of one of the other blog sites. I hope someone puts these people away soon, some of these complaints go back well over a year.
