I have never been talked to and treated like I have with Crescent Bank. I purcheased my vehicle and they were not the original bank and I had no problems with the fisrt bank. I have had nothing but major problems with getting through to this company and not receiving my statements. I was told by the supervisor that yes I am getting them. Imagine her telling me what I getting mail that Im not. You can never get through on the phone and then they tell you you are a liar. I have no reason to lie at 49 years old. I was told my balance yesterday and was a told today a differnt balance that was more and I told her she quoted me a differnt balance yesteray whicjh was less she told me I was a liar again. I explained that I wrote it down and she said again your lying. Yesterday I was taking my father to the hospital for treatment and I had stopped at an atm for him and my car wouldnt start and I called them and they said I owed them all this money. I stated that I had made a deferrement for one month and her reply was we never got it. Funny I have the paperwork stating they did. I faxed it and got a completed transmission. I said I was willing to send her what I had to prove it, her reply was nope dont want it now. I explained that I had my ill father with me that needed treatment and she said she didnt care it wasnt her problem can you imagine. Needless to say my father missed his treatment. I told her I was getting paid today and was willing to give her my account information her reply was nope. She wasnt willing to listen or help in any way. She was the supervisor and the most arrogant human I have ever met. What comes around goes around and she may find herself in the same situation one day and I can only hope the good Lord gives her the same courtesy she gave me. I asked her to please turn the car on to get my dad to the hsopital and then give me a few hrs to come up with the cash and her reply was NO. I have never dealt with anyone like them. First of all they payments keep going up they are telling me I owe more than I think I owe and from reading these horror stories I need to really do something about this company and to get away from them.
Again I was hyserical and crying saying my father needed to get to treatment. She said she didnt care and that it was my problem. Can you imagine? My father was talking to me asking me what exactly did they want and she said to me tel him to shut up cause Im talking and if hes gonna keep on talking Im hanging up. I said excuse me she said you heard me I said wait a minute who are you talkig to and she said if i hang up your in bigger trouble. I guess her job makes her feel like she can have a God complex. Well I can only hope she gets her day just like she gave me mine. And she will becase shes the most evil nastiest animal I ever encountered.
