We bought a hyundai from the local dealer back in 2001.
Six months after having the car we took it in for some problems it was having.
They fixed it but since then it has been in the shop for other related problems.
Now we have it in there and they are saying that they can not cover under the service agreement.
After the third problem with the car we asked if this was a lemon. They said no and it happens to all new cars. Well i find that hard to belive.
All i ask for it that the car they sold me is fixed propley and it does not leave me stuck.
The service manger at the local dealer did not seem to care if the car got fixed or not.
All i am asking for is some help in getting the car fixed or to be put in to another car or our money back so when can buy a car
This has been such a problem for us and no one at the dealership is willing to help us.
I'm not sure if there is anything you can do to help.
I do not want to see this happen to anyone else.
