Pre-Recorded Warrenty Scam that called my house phone and my cell-phone. I pressed 2 to opt-out, but they still call!
I did a traceroute on the phone number and it is not Factory Direct, but Fidel Flores. His address is: 860 W 132nd Ave. Denver, Colorado 80234
The phone that he made the pre-recorded call from is: 303-749-9642.
