I gave them 3000 down on a car and i didnt want the car they told me take the or no money back

I went there to buy a car and they told me they would help me find a good car gave them 3000 down on a car. I never took the car off the lot and then when I went back to get my money back, filex told me to come back day affter day and nothing. I ended taking a car home but only cuase they told me that if i didn't take a car i was not going to get my money back. At the end i was forced to take a ca
