1. Usually obtain a Carfax report. When they wont gie you one - ABANDON. No damage that - WORK
2. When they provide a nice offer such as the one I had been provided (6-12 weeks refinance) have it written down.
3. Request probing questions about their choice to market your consideration to some other organization once you've bought from their website.
