Ip off through small agency, threatens jail and denies payment

I got insurance with a $500 deductible on a 99 Chevy. Pk on 11/1/01. I was out of town and my sister-in-law put insurance on it after I called them and told them I was out of the area. Two days later I was in a accident with a semi. He didn't stop so it was a hit and run. Progressive threaten my in-law saying it was all a scam and refused to fix my truck. I had to take them to court after many attempts contacting the office failed. It took a court order for them to pay, FINALLY! I just want people to think, is it worth cheaper insurance for that much bull??? Steven Pipestone, Minnesota
