I have called and canceled my policy as well and they refuse to send me a refund. I was told they are behind and to keep calling and checking to see when it could be refunded. I have also been dealing with Ryan and was told their is no one else to deal with but him. What a bunck of bulls* I need to make a complaint and who do I make a complaint to, is it the BBB.
