I wanted to purchase a set of steel wheels for a 97 CR-v. The webpage made it appear that the wheels are new.in fact it says, "In most cases our OEM replacement or aftermarket Honda CRV 15" x 6" Steel Wheel is cheaper than a used one and doesn't require any repair time." No where I could find did it say the wheels
were "refurbished." I called to check the day after I ordered them and they first said they couldn't find my order, but that the wheels were actually refurbished. Next they said that the order had been contracted out.

Next they told me that it hadn't and that they were processing it. I told them I wanted it canceled, and they then told me it had already been shipped. I asked them to send me a return authorization and they told me just to refuse the UPS shipment. I left a note saying that we were refusing any packages and then never heard anything from anyone.

To make a long story short, they refused to reimburse me the shipping and handling fees which were more than $50 dollars (although they did refund the purchase payment). I would never do business with this company again.in my opinion this is one of the worse companies I've ever dealt with online.
