The State of Oregon and myself were working a year and half towards getting and electric vehicle that could be turned into an ice cream cart for a disabled person. After speaking with David the Austrailian on several cases he assured me I would be tickled with the cart when we got it. When we got it the paper work didn't even stated that we owned it, not serial numbers, etc, ect. The cart barely got off the truck and home (4 blocks). The batteries would not charge the batteries were not new as we were told, the cart could not have been checked out because the reset on the speedo which is used for programming was broke. Shortle after the whole cluster smoked. After working a week with David, Brian, they refused to fix anything. We are already looking over $1500.00 just get it working order. There is a very reputable Ford Think Dealer in Bremerton, Washington. Easy to find on line.
