Victori - Auto Sales, Antonio Guzman, Erasmo Taveras stealing/wout half. They stold 20,000. And don't even answer the phone

March 26 they ask for 20,000. For used cars. Today they have not even answer the phone. I have not being able to find any body to help me with this matter. I have made numerous calls to New Jersey Motors vehicules
Commission and Consumer Affairs Department.

I have no found any help.
