I had my car in the Canal Winchester, Ohio location about 5-6 months ago. They removed my sway bar and said there was a 3 month wait on the part. As of this writing I have not heard from this location on the satatus of the part. I did take my ar for service at another NTB about 2 weeks ago and they told me the part was being shipped and I would hear from the original location in a few days. I do almost all my car repairs and tire buying at NTB, but at this point I feel that my business is not appreciated and am seriously considring looking for other option for my car repairs in the future.
