I purchased a used van with a two year extended warranty last year. 22,000 miles later the engine has blown up. Wynn's refuses to cover stating that the damage was there prior to my purchasing the van.
How could I have driven a van for that many miles with no problems and suddenly the engine blows? The dealer says it is Wynn's responsibility. I have all my receipts from my maintenance on this vehicle and they have no excuse not to cover this repair.
This place is a fraud and I intend to seek restitution and urge others to do the same. I have filed a complaint with the Illinois and California attorney generals offices and am seeking legal representation. I paid over $1000 for this warranty and I want the coverage that I paid for.
