I purchased a used vehicle from Hall 2 years ago. The vehicle kept breaking down every two months. I finally discussed my problem with a friend of the family who is an attorney. He pulled the carfax and found that the vehicle had been in an accident and had been damaged badly. I contacted Hall, and basically they said their jobs were to sell, sell, sell and we can't help you.
They told me that they don't have to disclose to the buyer that a car has been recked or salvaged. So basically i was screwed. I got an apprasial for the car, and it was worth 1,000. And i still owed 10,000 on it. No one else will take it for a trade in because it's garbage.
Hall told me that i was pass the statue of limitations for the lemon law and good bye have a nice life.
Please if your in the market for a new or used car, this is not the place to buy them.
