As a matter of fact, HALL has changed his retutn policy several times for his convenience. Hall still has the kit I returned and my $320.00.
I believe that "TY HALL" is nothing short of a THIEF and SCAM ARTIST who should be investigated, prosecuted and jailed, if necessary, by the Illinois State Attorney General.
