New tires were put on my truck feb 1 at sears in west mifflin.

Feb 5th left rear tire came off while my son was driving truck due to incorrect installment of tire.

Truck was towed to sears auto body. Asst manager from body shop said sears co. Wanted to issue me a 200 gift card for sears in place of fixing my truck. I said no. They complained then that they would have to turn it in to their ins.Co. And it will take a while

Feb 12 truck was towed to century 111 chevy. Appraisel was 2,376.03 on the appraisal it was given 4 days to repair. Feb 19 check for 2376.03 was sent to me. Few days pass i call to find status on truck. Still waiting on parts. Somewhere between feb 12 and march 2 frank (manager for service shop) from body shop called me and asked if i wanted the right brakes fixed/repaired i said were they damaged from the accident he said no but they should match the left side and since we are doing the left i thought you might want the right side done, it would only be around 300 dollars. I said no just repair what damage was done from accident.

March 2 frank calls to tell me truck is ready, but you cant drive it theres no right brakes. I said well its not ready then. He said aja from sedgwick ins. For sears said they would not repair anything done on right side.

March 3 i called aja she said i was responsible for the brakes on the right side because of existing rust broke the brake line!!! I asked to speak to her supervisor (ron Mitchell) I explained situation he said he would follow up and get back to me. Aja called me back and said they would repair right side and that they would extend my rent a car expense.

March 26 enterprise called me told me my truck was done went to pick up truck frank said the truck is done but he didn't know who called me, but he could not release the truck because sedgwick had not sent them any money for the addition work that was done.

I called aja at sedgwick she said the check was overnite on march 24 and was cleared

April 1 kevin todd manager from body shop said he received check but it short 300 dollars. He said he was going to call aja

April 6 kevin todd called and said he received final check.

April 7 i go to pick up truck waited for 90 min for cashier to locate all receipts she could not fine receipt for one of the checks she told me she could not release truck, finally a manager bob fallen said he would release truck if i agreed to help them get the check from sedgewick if they could not find it the following day

I go out back to get truck to find no body work was done on the damaged left lower panel there was still a dent plus scratched no left rear mud flap these were just a couple of things i was able to notice even being unexperiences in service or body work. These were listed as being done and charged on invoice. I m worried if the mechanical work was even done. I went back into shop to have witnesses. Dan who was in charge at that time (sevice dept) said he sees what i see and he would let kevin todd know. It is april 9 i have not received any phone calls. I spoke to an attorney she advise me to contact defraud consumer protection and to call my local newspaper and she would send me info on suite in small claims court. Also, my son was an employee at sears at the time of this incident and was fired 10 days after incident
